Phase 3, the build-out of office spaces, is well underway, and the additions to house stairs and an elevator are in place. There are glass walkways to connect the additions to the historic building and a new lobby still to come. Subcontractors are wiring, drywalling, alarming, and building cabinetry (while wearing masks…no easy feat!). All of the really wonderful details included in the design by Mode Architects are beginning to take shape.
