Chuck has served as the Director of Historic Properties for JCLA since 1998 and is responsible for the physical properties of the eleven historic buildings. This includes the oversight of historic renovations and repairs which requires the management of various contractors and artisans hired to work on the properties. He also serves as the JCLA liaison with the City of Columbus Historic Resource Commission and the City of Columbus Building Department. When Chuck is not on campus he is busy with his own business, The Home Improvement Co, Ltd.
